Na Risa was founded in the year 2019 by a group of women from Meghalaya with an
objective to popularize indigenous products grown in North East India

We at Na Risa work directly with the farmers in the interior most parts of the North
Eastern states (7 sisters and 1 brother) and focus on producing only quality products

We have a network of trusted and ethical hard working cultivators with whom we work on
promoting sustainability and uplifting their livelihood. We are committed to preserving high quality GI tagged products like Lakadong Turmeric which has received the GI tag in 2023 registered under Lakadong Turmeric Cooperative Union Limited at Jowai, West Jaintia Hills, Meghalaya.

We help traders, brands, exporters source authentic quality products at competitive rates
